My 2 cents:

1)  Aside from the some in the "utilities industry", I don't know of PGP
being used in B2B over internet infrastructure.

2)  Not a spec.

3)  Not much value in PGP support announcement.

Dear POC'ers,

If the POC used PGP there would be no need for a CA. The POC participants
would simply exchange public keys (which also cost $0, as compared to PKI
certificates). Would POC implementers be interested in using PGP for payload
security (encryption/digital signature) during the POC?

Also, Group 8760 may be interested in participating in the Vancouver POC,
what is the process for participating?
