version 0.92 of Message Service spec available!

POC-team,

I have posted the version 0.92 draft Message Service specification
on the team's "private" web page. Please review and provide comments
and feedback at your earliest convenience. 

This draft represents the output of the London face2face
edit sessions. There are still sections that have NOT been 
ratified, but will be taken up as agenda items on TR&P
con-calls in the coming weeks.

There are two versions available (PDF) one has change marks
and the other does not (and is easier to read;-).

Please provide line number from the version WITHOUT
change marks with any comments/feedback you submit.

Also, so that we can easily track all comments, please
use the following subject in the email:
