Here is a revamped placeholder
with some new attachments!

The scenario apecifics are
still left open, but I do
give some examples of
"system test" opportunities
that I think might be
interesting to probe how
well the specifications 
cohere with one another.

POC members should feel
free to suggest some
specific scenarios to 
complete this template.
