I collected the eight proposals that were submitted.  I put them on the web
site:

I apologize for the banner ad and use of a commercial site.  I will move the
site to ebxml.org in the near future.

Please verify your proposal in the list and its link for accuracy.

I have not had an opportunity to respond individually to the submitted
proposals.  However, I concur with the sentiments already posted on the
list.  The number and quality is fantastic!
