Voting for the new POC co-chair was supposed to take place Thursday at the
ebXML meeting. Due to the attendance of a number of the POC members in other
working groups, voting has been deferred to a telecon to take place on
February 22 (dial-in information is being scheduled).  The nominations for
co-chair include:

	Philippe DeSmedt, Viquity
	William Cox, BEA Systems
