Between the two of you, could you get together and provide dates of when you
could accomodate the weekly meetings. It is very expenseive to keep changing the
dates to accomodate schedules, I have pencilled it in mine as a do not move
meeting.

Also, as a team lead I appear to be doing the volume of the  work, capturing the
notes during the meeting needs to be volunteered by either of you. If
novolunteer conmes forth then I would suggest that it is alternated between the
two of you.

Hi Ann,

I don't remember asking for a change
- I had it scheduled for yesterday as well.
Perhaps a recap of the meeting discussions
would be a useful thing to keep us in sync.

I have a lot of meetings on Mondays but could fit in another between
12 and 3:30 PST on the 8th (so 6:30 would also be too late for me).

Either earlier Monday or Tuesday anytime after 10 is fine with me.
Let us know what the call-in number is.
