Hi Ann,

Meeting every week is fine with me.  I had suggested that before the holidays.
We've only met once before at the 6:30 Monday time so I didn't realize you had
this as the permanent time.  It seems that neither Rachel or I can make it this
coming Monday at 6:30 EST.  Can you make it earlier in the afternoon on Monday?
