The ebXML Executive Committee has asked the Project Management team to provide an update as to the current status of all of the ebXML deliverables. They are looking for your current schedule for deliverables for both the Vancouver and Vienna plenary approvals.

Would you please provide me with the following information by the end of the day Sunday, 1/28? Thanks:

1. The name/title for each deliverable

2. Current status, e.g., going through QR, final edit prior to release for ebXML comment, etc.

3. What deliverables you plan to place before the ebXML plenary at Vancouver and Vienna.

Please use the timeline that Klaus provided to the Steering Committee earlier this month as a guide for the key steps each deliverable must take in order to be placed before the plenary.
