Farrukh,

    The drawings of the UML model are in the document.  As for the actual
UML model output, I should be able to get ahold of this.  However, apparently
the model was "damaged" during some revisions and is being "fixed".  It may
take a week or two to get ahold of a clean copy.  How urgently do you need
the actual UML model?

    Note also that there are a variety of revisions coming just before or during
the impending SC32 WG2 meetin in Helsinki in mid-October.
