IBM submission for Registry consideration

Registryers,
IBM is pleased to submit the following document for consideration within
ebXML Registry in the area of query,
given the consensus of both moving forward with an adhoc, or the like,
approach, and the immaturity of the
upcoming XML Query effort in W3C. This submission is focused on a formal
structure for Predicate-based
Clauses that can be complementary to alternate submissions, in particular
that from NIST.
