The filter proposal paper uses older sample OQL queries from a working document
that was done prior to the final RS version 0.84. Some significant changes
occured on the way to the current version of the RS spec (e.g. OQL syntax was
changed to subset-SQL syntax).

I ask that people have RS 0.84 handy for the meeting in case we need to refer
the SQL query examples for any reason.
