Hello Sanjay,

  Coincidentally, I was about to ask the same thing when I saw your post. I am writing "cid:CPP1" as a URN you suggested. In short, I'm using contentURN as a key to the appropriate MIME body.

  Could someone from the core team confirm this? If it's correct, the spec should mention that this is the appropriate way to write and locate the extrinsic content.
