restricted ftp access on weekend

Team leads:

We're flipping the switch to change to our new server over the weekend. This
will, unfortunately neccesitate taking down ftp access for 24 hours or so. I
know that some of you are trying to get new documents on the server before
Tokyo, so I want to give you a couple days notice. We'll delay taking down
ftp until Thursday night, and it will be down on Friday and probably into
the weekend. (I'm trying to get it scheduled as close as I can to when
people will likely be on airplanes.) ftp should be back up again late in the
weekend.

I hope this warning will give you adequate time. My apologies for the
inconvenience.
