My input for CC/BP JDT work is similar to Tokyo.  One room that will accommodate
the entire group (100)  for plenary sessions.  Four smaller rooms for team
meetings (25).  Large room setup should be classroom setup; smaller rooms should
be conference setup.  We need two data projectors to share among the groups.

As for lunch and learn sessions, the following is from the report of the CC/BP
conference call on 22 Jan.  This is the official request to the StC.

"Three topics have been submitted for the Lunch & Learn presentations: 1) Jamie
Clark on Interoperability with Legal Standards and Enforcement, 2) Brian Hayes
on the ebXML Business Process Editor, and 3) Karsten Riemer on Leveraging OMG
Specifications in ebXML Implementations.  Paul said he would request of the
Steering Committee that these presentations are given in the sequence stated
above on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively."

Could you drop me a line informing me what the expected size of
your teams in order to allocate the room size for your team? The
other question that needs an answer is the room setup, theater,
conference or class room.
