TP Team Private Page

Folks,

I have created the initial version of the private team page.  There you
can obtain the tpaML submission and white paper, as well as browsable
and Rose versions of tpaUML.  I have posted a few of the reference
documents, with more to come later.  There's quite a bit to chew on, so
dive in!
