Marty,

Please advise when minutes and attendance roster from first conference call will
be available.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I am afraid I just don't understand how a 4 p.m.
EST start time which equates to a 4 a.m. start time in Japan (and even earlier
start times in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, et al) is more beneficial to
facilitating Asia participation.  And oh by the way, what about europe where 4
p.m. equates to 9 p.m. or later.

Mark,

I am unwilling to cut out the possibility of Asian participation in the
calls on the basis of attendance on the first call.  There were certainly
Asian people at the team meeting on the last day of the San Jose meeting
who argued for a time which permits their participation.

If you would like, please send me an email requesting the time change and I
will post it to the TP list for comments.

By copy of this note, I am asking Karl Best to check into why you have been
unable to subscribe to the TP list.  I am assuming that your subscribe
request appeared to be successful.

The question was who participated, and if there was no asian participation
(as
was the case for all Requirements conference calls) then why not accomodate
those that do wish to participate?  As for posting to list, I would love to
do
so, but continue to be precluded by the ebXML listserve from any postings.
