Requirements document - heads up

The face to face meeting which concluded today discussed the requirements
document and agreed on some terminology changes.  The consensus was to
proceed with a formal submission and address futher comments in the next
version.

Please watch for the minutes of the meeting which will be posted by Tony
Weida and review the discussions of the requirements document in the
minutes.  Once the minutes have been posted, I will post the updated
document.  Daniel Ling will then convert it to the proper ebXML format and
I will proceed with the submission process.
