Cambridge/Burlington face2face logistics

All,

Maryann and I finally managed to polish off the
logistics for the upcoming December face2face meetings
of the Security and Trading Partner teams.
IBM and Sun are co-hosting and will be splitting
the costs for catering the lunches and snacks.

Here are the gory details:

December 6th - IBM/Lotus Cambridge, Ma
8:30 - 5:00 TA/Security subteam face2face
8:30 - 5:00 TP face2face

December 7th - Sun campus Burlington, Ma
8:30 - 5:00 Joint TA/Security-TP face2face meeting 

December 8th - Sun campus Burlington, Ma
8:30 - 3:00 TP face2face meeting	

The specific agendas for the respective meetings will
follow shortly. The purpose of these meetings is
to make some substantial progress towards the
early delivery of the ebXML infrastructure release.

I have attached directions to both sites from
Logan airport. Maryann will be sending out some
information on the best ways to get to IBM/Lotus
as well as some recommendations as to lodging.

As for lodgings for Thursday/Friday near the
Sun campus, route 128 in the Waltham area is
replete with hotels. There is also a Sheraton
in Burlington (about 4-5 miles from the Sun Campus)
as well as a Wyndham Gardens nearby.

Maryann suggests that you might want to stay one
night in Boston/Cambridge and one nearer the
Sun Burlington campus to avoid the traffic into
Cambridge from rt 128. She may have specific
suggestions for local hotels in a separate email.
