I marked this urgent in the hopes that you will see it early and at least
confirm receipt right away.

It look like at least one of the items in your attachment involves a change
to the DTD and Schema.  Please either assure us that no change is needed or
let us know when you will make the changes.

Marty,

A review of 0.941 reveals that some changes still need to be made. I used
line# offsets based on StarOffice numbering. Hopefully, they'll at least
get
you into the right ball-park. If not, we can isolate the changes via phone
tomorrow.

    - alignment with BP spec
    - fix examples per TR&P comment by William Kammerer regarding PartyId
    - fix xlink:type (all are now "simple" links)
    - fix Signature composition (really just refine it)

Attached word doc (authored in StarOffice, so who can tell how well it
was converted;-) has specific change text.
