Submission of TP specification ver. 0.95 for public review

I hereby submit for public review, the TP specification, ver. 0.95 and the
log of responses to comments on ver. 0.93.

Please note:  The changes log includes two additional comments received
since I submitted the comments log last week.  These are Karsten's comment
on TP-BP terminology alignment and Tim's comment on optionality of use of
the BP Specification Schema to describe the business collaboration.
