I made presentation documents about cpp-example.xml, which was originally
made by Chris.
I inserted some comments to original cpp-example.xml document to get better
readability.

I'm going to present structures and functions of cpp/cpa by using these
documents in Japanese language in Japan.
I think this is easy and speedy method to make people understand what is
cpp/cpa.

If there are some mistaken or inadequate descriptions in the document
'Explanation of cpp-example.xml', please let me know.
Under the procedure of making these documents, I have some questions about
cpp-example.xml. Please give me some comments about these questions.
