CPP-CPA specification and list of open topics

I have attached the approved version 1 CPP-CPA specification as a zipped
Microsoft Word document.  The document will soon be placed on the ebXML web
site after some minor editing (mainly of the covers) of all approved ebXML
specifications to make them uniform, place the correct URLs on the covers,
etc.

The attachment CPA-CPP-changes.doc contains my list of improvements that
can be made to the specification  by the future OASIS CPP-CPA Technical
Committee.  In addition, the Technical Committee will take on various new
topics which are outlined in the draft proposal that will be posted here
soon.
