Subject: hyperlinks in published specification

Both the PDF and DOC files of our published specification have been
replaced on the ebXML site by new copies in which the hyperlinks in the
appendices have been made active.

Of course what is reached from those hyperlinks is either out of date (CPP
and CPA examples) or non-existent (DTD and XSD) and will remain so until
Chris Ferris returns from vacation and uploads up to date ASCII files
(round June 1).  Meanwhile, use the ones I posted to the list a few days
ago.
