ebXML TP&R - Updated documents

One advantage of a long 8 hour flight from Orlando to San Francisco with a
spare battery for your laptop, is that you have an opportunity to get all
your actions out of the way.

So  I attach ...

1. A merged "Overview and Requirements" document consisting of:
*	the overview, scope and objectives part of the "TP&R Next Steps
Orlando Mtg.doc"
*	the picture that shows how  TP&R activities relates to the other
activities in ebXML
*	the original Requirements Document in its entriety,
*	the original Definitions Document, again in its entirety

2. The Outstanding Issues document with actions that are not yet complete in
Red.
