Sure, lots of industries specify demands in different ways and use
different documents and administrative control mechanisms.
Thus the core objects need to be small and make few
assumptions about those add-on objects.
What I am picking up from the message flow so far
is that there is general agreement on this point (unless
somebody wants to explicitly argue otherwise...)
