Our main agenda event is the header stuff john as been working on. If there
is time we will do the rest. we will change the conference call to thursday
as correspondence to me has indicated is fine. other things "may" have to
wait until the next call.

I've checked the minutes of the last meeting and I summarize the outstanding
action points below. Other topics I think we need to cover are:
1. How we make use of Repostories as there has been some email discussion on
the list about this
2. Where are we on publishing the Overview & Requirements document - there
have been a few more changes since last week
3. Day change for weekly conference call to Thursday
4. Status on discussions with IETF and "missing friends"
