*	Dick Brooks - bring in support of Jerry Brown of Sabre - DONE

REQUIREMENTS & OVERVIEW DOC
*	Rik reported that version on ebXML web site is out of date .
Requested new clean copy - ACTION David B to send Rik new clean copy - DONE

IETF & ebXML ... & W3C
*	Discussed idea of merging IETF and ebXML activities. Rik said that
he'd suggested to EDIINT list that members should join ebXML. David B said
that he had also informed Trade WG of ebXML and suggested members join
*	Also discussion on new initiative announced by W3C to do some work
in the XML Messaging area. Seems to be more RPC based than business
messaging. W3C say that they want to do the work rather then W3C (see recent
email). Ultimate impact on ebXML transport not clear
*	Identified need for lightweight and heavyweight protocols to support
different requirements. Had the idea of profiling usage of ebXML to support
different types of requirements
*	Mark Turner of Microsoft has joined the OASIS board. Rik Drummond
said he anticipates more active involvement from Microsoft

APRIL/MAY DELIVERABLE
Discussed content of first deliverable. Suggested structure:
*	Introduction
*	Scenarios
*	Objectives & Definitions
*	Message Structure
*	Header Structure
*	Header Definition

ACTION - David B to send out skeleton of the document with other to help
complete

MIME AS OUTER WRAPPER
There was then a lot of discussion around the idea of using MIME vs XML as
the outer wrapper for the message. General consensus was that MIME was the
better alternative because it exists now and it meets the requirement. It
was thought that an XML outer wrapper had the potential to meet the
requirement but it did not exist now and developing one would take time.
Therefore general consensus was to start with MIME and move to XML,
possibly, later.

FUTURE CONFERENCE CALL RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility for organizing calls are:
*	March 9, Jerry Brown
*	March 16, Dwight Arthur
*	March 23, Nick Kassem
*	March 30, Dale Moeburg
In the future all calls will occur at 11AM EST, and last for 1.5 hours.

NEXT F2F IN DALLAS FORTWORTH
*	The next F2F of ebXML Transport will be held in the Dallas Fort
Worth Marriot on Tuesday-Thursday, 4-6 April 2000.
*	ACTION: Rik D to contact Bob Sutor at IBM in Dallas/FW to get an PC
projector to use
*	A roll call was taken, approx 10-12 plan to attend
*	The cost will be hotel cost plus around $100 per attendee for hire
of the meeting room. ACTION Rik to confirm details.
