The best way to handle this is post messages you believe to be necessary to
cost post to the team leader and let them filter and forward as appropriate.
this will keep the cost posting to a minimum and yet allow info to be

Hi All,

Just returned from multiple vacation/business trips to encounter an E-mail
nightmare. I've subscribed to multiple ebXML lists, and I see many instances
of duplicate messages because individuals have sent the same message to
multiple listserv addresses.  By cross-posting, those who don't want to
participate in a given work group are forced to process messages they have
expressed no interest in seeing, while those who do want to participate in
multiple work groups are penalized by receiving duplicate messages - a
lose/lose situation.

Please post messages only to a single work group.  We have liaison
representatives who will inform our work groups of the activities of the
other work groups.
