Requirements specification - comments

Team,

	I re-read the Requirements group specification and I am concerned
over the first point in section 2.5.2 Transport, Routing & Packaging stating
"...messages over the internet",  I assumed  form previous discussions we
were aiming to be network neutral and allow ebXML messages to be carried
over any network that could carry XML.  I know this may be a little pedantic
but does anyone else have an opinion, I assume the internet/ip based
networks will be the usual type of network but we should not exclude any
network at this time.

	Second point, should the document refer to our detailed requirements
document ?
