Several points to remember as several of you express your concerns about the
transport and routing group's syntax and semantics: 1) the first documents
are "strawmen" for further review. 2) xml is immature at the moment, from
our investigation, and can't handle the envelop at this time so we are using
mime until it matures. 3) the headers are pure xml, 4) the payload may be
anything. 4) we are going to prototype it so see if it works.
