Gentle People,

So all I need to parse this 'single' XML docuemnt having two top level
elements is a 'SAX compliant' parser.  Great.  Now who can tell me where I
can find an 'ebXML compliant' 'SAX compliant' parser?  I haven't seen a W3C
SAX recommendation, so I'm stymied.
