Very useful set of notes - thanks

A couple of questions 

1. I didn't understand what was meant by adding the "four last fields" ...
	o TPA ID (~ TSLA);
	o Conversation ID (~ MessageSet ID);
	o Service Interface;
	o Action;
Can we talk through on the conference call.

2. "will eventually merge all of ebXML's documents into one". I don't think
this is a good idea from the maintenance/revision point of view.

Apologies if this covered in the meeting itself.

Please find attached the notes of the interim ebXML TR&P meeting that was
held last week in Boston, hosted by Sun. 

Note that, as note taker, I have made every effort to ensure that the
minutes capture the discussion of issues, resolutions, etc. of the ebXML
TR&P working group as a whole. Individuals or organizations participating in
the meeting may not necessarily agree with any particular item or statement
made in them.

You may also want to refer to the preliminary notes that Bruce Peat of Neon
sent out on July 13.
