Hi folks,

Sorry for the delay getting the spec to you, but we  had some "issues" to
address regarding the MIME media type for ebXML header. We have resolved the
issues and I hope to wordsmith the final changes today (on the plane home)
and I'll post to the list.

Sorry I couldn't make the con-calls this week I've been traveling/meeting in
New York/Pennsylvania.
