agenda for next week's ccall

two things on the agenda:
	- discuss and vote on the messaging services spec
	- go through the tasks which jim holds and ensure people know their
responsibilities
	- adjourn

ralph and his team of editors are responsible for taking comments on the
draft and editing it. ralph you will be working under david's charge, since
he is the team's official editor.
