On the conference call yesterday we agreed process described in the attached
email. This means we will need to go through outstanding changes on the
Thursday call.

ralph and his team of editors are responsible for taking comments on the
draft and editing it. ralph you will be working under david's charge, since
he is the team's official editor.

Quality Review takes 5 days and Member Review takes 10 days. We need to 
have crisp editing instructions if we hope to get a cycle done before our 
Dallas F2F... It would be good to start a Quality Review on 28 August if at 
all possible...
