Overview and Requirements

What's the status of the Overview and Requirements document?  The version I
have is dated 5/26/00.  I can't find it on the ebXML web site.  Is it alive
or dead?  If alive, did anything ever happen with the comments I submitted
Aug. 10 (David Burdett did respond on the list.)?
