Announcement: jEBX A Java Class To Build and Parse ebXML Headers -Version 0.21d

I have posted an experimental Java class that builds and parses ebXML
Headers.

The class is built to the 0.21d specifications.

NOTE: THAT THE SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE AND ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE.

TREAT THIS CODE AS EXPERIMENTAL.
