thank you. we need to be very considerate of the editing team... their is
job is deliver us a quality 18 month product on time with quality. i am just
concerned that we do not interrupt them at this time... and you are too.

These comments were not necessarily intended to be taken into account by the
editing team, but are part, I believe, of a healthy exchange of messages on
a useful topic. I very well understand the timeline for getting the TR&P
spec out to quality review and public comment, but I don't believe that it
serves a useful purpose to not have any debate on any TR&P topics in between
now and then. If I have comments for the editing team, I'll qualify them as
such, and I'll make sure to get them in within the specified deadlines.

ok guys...... no more comments on the spec... after last monday's conference
call.... at this time.. we re going to overwhelm the editing team... please
hold them, or editing team ignore them until the two week comment period....
