New ebXML web site - URL problems - resolved!

[sutor@us.ibm.com]

http://www.ebxml.org should once again be available and
pointing to the new web site. We needed to update some
nameserver information and that should be rolled out worldwide
within the next 40 hours or so. If you still have difficultly accessing
the site, you can go directly there via http://209.40.98.125/.

We're in the process of putting up the new ebXML website on a new
server. At the moment, there seems to be some nameserver problems
with the www.ebxml.org URL. If you need to get to the new site before
