Draft Working ebXML Requirements Specification

A project team working draft of the ebXML Requirements Specification is

This version of the specification is a working draft.  It has a few
incomplete sections and needs a bit more editing.  It has not yet been
approved by the Requirements project team for submission for full ebXML
approval.  We are posting it here so that you may review it and prepare
for joint team meetings next week to discuss the specification.  We plan
to have a version ready to submit for formal ebXML review on Friday, Feb
4, with voting to occur at an ebXML plenary at the Brussels meeting.
