Thank you for pointing out the mistake. The right information is:

 "Directions to Diamant Building from Europa Inter-Continental Brussels
Hotel 
 Walk up Rue de la Loi towards Rond Point Schuman and the Metro station
Schuman,
 Take the Metro, direction Stockel/Stokkel (line 1B),
 Change at Montgomery,
 Take the tram 23 (direction Heysel) or 90 (direction Rogier),
 Exit at Diamant, take the exit "RTBF/VRT"
 Coming out of the station, you are on the Boulevard Reyers and you cross
the Rue Colonel Bourg
 Go along the Boulevard Reyers and you see the Diamant Building
 Journey: ± 20 minutes"
