Subject: Reminder: Hotel Reservation for the Vienna Meeting

Dear ebXML participant,

Our block-reservation at the Inter-Continental Hotel is only 
valid until Friday, March 30 ... and less than 70 participants
made their reservation in one of the recommended hotels by now.
Since the reservation deadline was already extended, this
will be a hard deadline. If you are planning to attend
the Vienna Meeting and have not booked your room so far, we
would kindly ask you to make your reservation by Friday this
week. Detailed information can be found on our Web-Site
http://www.ebxml.at. If you plan to book a hotel
later than Friday, please remember that the Vienna Festival
Weeks start at the end of the ebXML week and 
it might be hard to get a room the longer you wait ...
