EbXML Technical Architecture Draft Version 0.71 Change Log

- added changes suggested by Keisuke Kibakura to section 1.1 bullet h.
- added Brian to technical editors list (line 24)
- removed authors section (line 26) 
- removed "UML" from Figure 1.0, changed to "Metamodel" (line 126)
- added legend for Figure 1.0 (lines 145-155)
- added clarification for "Metamodel to XML Transformation Rules" component (lines 157-160)
- cleaned up Figure 2.2 (lines 424-440)
- clarified ownership for specifying guidelines for syntax and composition of unique identifiers for individual data elements (lines 617-624) 
- removed known issue re: schemas, expanded 2.4.c (lines 688-693)
- added 2.4.d to further clarify known issue re: schemas (lines 695-697)
- added 2.4.e (lines 699-701)
