White Paper -- edits

Folks,

The QR team has already notified Simon that the White Paper
is acceptable as a reflection of the current understanding
of the ebXML project.

The QR team requested an opportunity to offer an edited version
of the White Paper with edits for grammar, spelling, rhetoric,
and exposition.

The attached document includes revisions submitted by Tim McGrath
and Murray Maloney. We trust that you will find these helpful.
Procedurally, you are not required to accept any/all of the 
revisions that we have offered.

The QR team has also requested an opportunity to participate in
a table top review of the White Paper in Tokyo.
