I think you're making it a little more complicated than it needs to be;
there's no need to use FTP to get the file.  Just go to the BP working
pages at http://www.ebxml.org/working/project_teams/business_process/.
You'll see a test page saying "This is a test." Then add the file name,
ebxmlspecdoc.zip,  after the last slash on the address line.  The
browser will then begin the download.  There's no need for the hassle
and heartbreak of FTP. And certainly no need to give out the FTP user ID
and password, which can cause all sorts of havoc.  But in any event,
thanks for the document and for making it available on the server;  this
allows me to download it at my leisure.

You may later on want to make a nice web page for your working area with
a clickable link to your documents which you have uploaded.
