BP Modeling Specification on FTP site

Thanks to a suggestion from William Kammerer, there's no need to use FTP to get
      the file.  Just go to the BP working pages at

http://www.ebxml.org/working/project_teams/business_process/.


 You'll see a test page saying "This is a test." Then add the file name,
 ebxmlspecdoc.zip,  after the last slash on the address line.  Hit "enter' and
 the
 browser will then begin the download.
