Subject: Re: Classification again

Dear Bob,

I wonder what your (and others) idea is about all those industries that also
have Parties, PartnerTypes, PartnerRoles, etc, etc but are not (yet?)
involved in ebXML. In my case I am working in a European project that
focuses on eBusiness in the Building and Construction sector. In BC there
are many Parties, ContractTypes, Business Documents and such that may
resemble those in other industries, but probably are unique. Is it your
proposal to add those sector related (vertical) definitions to your list
(and create endless and useless debates) or is the idea to do these
classifications as sector based extensions and additions of a simple set of
core definitions?

Regards

Frits Tolman
