Excellant idea. 
BPAWG knows of the 'Worksheets' concept, they call it something else, and as eBTWG is a transition project then a bpWS 1.1 (Worksheets improvement) would appear to be an aligned piece of work which CEFACT would benefit from; also post eBTWG.
