Hi folks

I am still waiting for feedback/updates from you all on the catalog. I have
until tomorrow 3 p.m. to update the doc. The items outstanding are:

1. Refining the usages.
2. Relation to the core components (Brian?)
3. Requirements for the REg Rep group
4. How this fits in to the whole picture of ebXML - diagram
5. Any thing else that I overlooked
