Looks good Tim!  I would just drop the sentence under 8. "The group
discussed our lack of initiative in the development of scenarios for input
to the Proof of Concept team and other groups"...I think after the Brussels
meeting it became clear that we are not responsible for initiating
scenarios...David Webber never finished the one he started (and has now
dropped out of our group???)
